Steps To Submit Blogger Sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools:

Step 1: Sign in to your Google Webmasters Account

Step 2: Select the website / blog you want to submit the sitemap for.

Step 3:  From the left sidebar of the page, click on Sitemaps under Crawl section.
Step 4: Now, at the top-right corner of the page, click on Add / Test Sitemap button.

Step 5Add the below code in the input text field. 
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500 

This is the sitemap code of your website / blogger blog.

Step 6: Click “Submit Sitemap” button.

Step 7: Refresh your page.

Congratulation! That's All..! 

You have successfully submitted the sitemap to Google Webmaster Tool (Also Known As Google Search Console).

Note: This will work for 500 posts only. If you have more than 500 posts on your website then you have to add another sitemap.

The procedure will be same as discussed above but for that you have to add this code.
